What if I am not satisfied with a product?
If you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact the stockist where the product was bought. Your stockist will then clarify the matter with Lana Grossa. For you, the end consumer, that is the quickest and simplest way; for us, the wholesaler, that is the legally correct way.
In exceptional cases, e.g. your stockist is no longer in business or you bought our product on a trip, please email us. We will do our very best to find a solution.
